ZoneK provides hosting services and has a responsibility to protect customers and the network. Use of the services is subject to these terms and any service-specific conditions shown during ordering.

Indemnification

Customers use the services at their own risk and are responsible for the content, software and activity they place on hosted systems. Customers agree to protect ZoneK from claims arising from unlawful or infringing use of their service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Billing

Billing periods can vary by plan. Renewal, cancellation and refund rules should be checked in the current order and billing system. Domain registration fees and other third-party costs may be non-refundable.

Late payments

The supplied terms described suspension following non-payment and later termination if an account remains unpaid. Current reminder, suspension and deletion periods must match the live billing policy before this wording is published.

Acceptable use

Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Copyright infringement, fraud, abusive activity and other unlawful content or conduct are prohibited. Accounts that create security, legal or network risks may be restricted or suspended in accordance with the applicable policy.

Limitation of liability

Hosting can be interrupted by events outside a provider’s direct control. The supplied terms limit liability for downtime, data loss and consequential loss. Obtain legal review so any limitation is valid for your customers and jurisdiction.

Disclaimer and changes

Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for the way they use their account. Policies may be updated when services, law or operational requirements change.
